Captain (Capt) Brendan Pellow attended Parkland Secondary graduating in 2008. He developed a love for aviation at a young age while flying with his Grandad. Growing up in a family immersed in aviation further fueled his passion into adulthood. In 2009, he joined the Canadian Armed Forces through the Regular Officer Training Program and earned a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Victoria. After graduating in 2013, he was posted to Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, where he earned his pilot’s wings on the CT-156 Harvard II. His career then took him to Bagotville, Quebec, where he deployed in support of multiple domestic and international Operations as a member of 2 Wing, the Royal Canadian Air Force’s air expeditionary wing. In 2019, Capt Pellow returned to Moose Jaw where he began instructing on the CT-156 Harvard II, which led to his selection as a member of the Training Detachment Team for the Future Aircrew Training Project in 2022. In 2024, he achieved a lifelong dream when he joined the Canadian Forces Snowbirds. In his personal life, Capt Pellow along with his wife Chelsea (also a 2008 Parkland Grad) prioritize quality time with family, enjoy cooking and working in their garden.
